Havas Media Network Strengthens ANZ Leadership With Kunal Chakravarty and Agata Adamczak

Havas Media Network has strengthened its leadership team across Australia and New Zealand with two senior appointments. Kunal Chakravarty has been named Head of New Business & Marketing, ANZ, while Agata Adamczak joins as Head of Organic & AI Performance within the network’s Consumer Science & Analytics (CSA) team.

The appointments reflect the agency’s focus on business growth, digital performance and helping brands adapt to changing consumer discovery habits in an increasingly AI-driven environment.

Kunal Chakravarty to Lead New Business and Marketing

Chakravarty, also known as KC, moves into the role from Havas People, where he led new business initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. He previously served as Head of Integration at Havas India, working across agencies within the Indian Havas Village.

In his new position, he will oversee new business and marketing initiatives across Havas Media, Havas Play, Consumer Science & Analytics, and Prose on Pixels in Australia and New Zealand.

His mandate will involve bringing together the network’s capabilities to develop integrated solutions for clients, strengthen business relationships and identify new growth opportunities across the region.

Agata Adamczak to Lead Organic and AI Performance

Adamczak joins Havas Media Network with nearly two decades of experience spanning data, digital strategy, search and AI visibility. She has held senior positions at organisations including iCrossing, Performics, BrightEdge, Pattern, Botify and Dotdigital, working with brands such as Canva, Optus, Myer, Medibank, OFX and Harvey Norman.

At Botify, she was the company’s first hire in Australia and New Zealand and served as Solutions Consulting Director for JAPAC. She contributed to establishing its regional presence and bringing its emerging AI capabilities to market.

At Havas, Adamczak will lead the Organic & AI Performance practice within the CSA team. The role brings together content strategy, technical optimisation, data intelligence and AI-led digital growth consulting to help clients strengthen their visibility across evolving discovery platforms.

Why AI Visibility Is Becoming Important for Brands

As consumers increasingly use AI-powered search and recommendation tools to find information, products and services, digital visibility is expanding beyond conventional search rankings and website traffic.

Brands must also understand whether AI systems mention, recommend or accurately represent them—and whether that visibility influences consumer consideration, conversions and revenue.

The new practice will help clients connect organic discovery and AI visibility with broader business performance. Its remit positions AI visibility as a strategic marketing challenge rather than simply another extension of search engine optimisation.

Connecting Media, Content and Data

The appointments also point to Havas Media Network’s emphasis on integrated marketing capabilities. Chakravarty’s role focuses on business development and marketing across the ANZ network, while Adamczak’s appointment strengthens its specialist expertise in organic discovery and AI-driven performance.

By bringing together business strategy, content, data and emerging technology, the network aims to help clients respond to changing market conditions and consumer behaviour.

As AI continues to influence how audiences discover brands, agencies are increasingly building capabilities that connect visibility with measurable business outcomes. Havas Media Network’s latest leadership appointments reinforce that direction across Australia and New Zealand.
